I am not what happened to me. I am what I choose to become! – Carl Jung

About Me

Hello, I myself Uzaina, a psychologist, hypnotherapist and researcher by profession. I firmly believe that each and everyone of us have the potential to become what we want to be, all we have to find is that n -ach factor lying within us.

I help people improve their emotional and psychological well- being by helping them to take control of their lives. I am focused on helping people get the best from their lives. Many of us face psychological issues in our day to day lives, which we keep on ignoring and then these issues impact our mental health negatively. These issues prevent us from doing things in daily life like enjoying present moment, living life without getting stressed, or loosing confidence and interest in daily work.

I use hypnotherapy to help reduce the impact of all these stress from the client’s life. The consultation develops rapport between my client and myself, and helps remove any misconceptions and fear about hypnotherapy, as there is lot of misconception and lack of knowledge about how Clinical Hypnotherapy works. Each Consultation is free and most clients take up further paid sessions. I can be contacted using contact form attached below, to find out if you are eligible for a FREE session.

I am a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist from EKKA Institute of Hypnotherapy which was formally known as California Institute of Hypnotherapy. My passion for research helps me keep in line with the latest work in field of hypnotherapy and counselling.

If you’re serious about making changes by breaking the negative forces lying within your subconsciousness  through hypnosis and counselling, fill the contact form for appointment for FREE session.

All information will be kept confidential. I look forward to hearing from you.
